After completing my Masters' in Life Sciences and working as a Research Intern in Dr. Ashim Rai's laboratory at Ahmedabad University for a year, I joined Sudarshan's lab in 2025 as a Project Associate. I am working on establishing tools required to study the enzymes involved in tubulin posttranslational modifications. I am also establishing tools and pipelines required to determine the identity of non-tubulin substrates modified by the TTLLs in mammalian cilia.
